This exercise page is for those of you who often awaken in the middle of the night, but your bodies have yet to awaken to your movement commands. You awake, but your body is motionless. Other times, awakenings begin with a feeling of a weight upon us, as if something is holding us down. Ih those times we are to work to discover what the weight that binds us, is.
