Starting with the outside of the
first house the ten of cups covers
the chest in the devil card.  The
devil card in turn is pointing to
the two of cups.  The devil card
is the card of issues and here is
under, supporting and is an
imbalance.  The meaning is that
the family unit has a weak
foundation and has an absence
of trust.  The customer validated
this message by saying that her
husbands husband had just died
and his family is at odds with
each other about inheritance.  I
went on to tell here that she
would be in a situation where her
husband would be so distracted
that their relationship would be
taxed by the stress.  This was the
message when the two of cups
and the intent of the first house.
Also, that she may have to do
something extreme to get her
husband's attention, (1) by
wearing an awesome outfit, (2)
or by using stern language.  She
would have to let him know that
he cannot forget the life he had
prior to his father dying and it is
still there and it too needs
attention if it is to continue, not
just with her but also their two
children.
This action would bring her
out of the gray area of the
inactive family members to a
position of status within the
family, structure (possibly
both sides of the family) and
that she may find that she is
alone from time to time as she
makes stands in the future, but
it is that stand that will win
over others into the direction
of her recommendations. Her
ideas stated in a whisper will
no longer have impact.  She
will have to use her voice if
she wants to be heard.

The Two of cups under the
pressure of the thoughts card,
the four of swords, says that
even though this is her husband's
issue to handle, she has some
lessons to learn about his life
with her family-in law and that
working with, the memories
future/past card, she will need to
call upon some street wisdom
she has learned in the past for
dealing with people in stress
This now leads into the outside
of the second house and how
the Ace of Swords is covering
the top part of the Three of
Coins.
The Ace of Swords is the
permission/license card and
here states that before
improvements can begin that
some sort of permission from a
family member or a license from
the government needs to be had
before the plans can be
successful.  Having the ten of
swords in the, Intent position
this states that the old plans are
dead/faulty beyond repair and
new ones need to be had or
created.  With the Five of
Wands card pointing away
from the, Intent and towards
the Three of Wands this states
that plans need to be made for
a trip to the west to settle
matters handed down as
request from the family in
generations before.  The
customer offered here that her
husband's father died in
Phoenix and that is where most
of her husband's family lives.
Having the Six of Swords in the
motivator position and pointing
away from the house states that a
trip do deal specifically with
something relating to someone
who has passed away, maybe
her father in-law or maybe
someone else, was to be had.

The customer explained that her
husband had been trying to deal
with things remotely instead of
flying out there because of the
demands by his job.  But recent
events made it clear that his
attempts at long distance
resolutions did not seem to be
working.

To gain better clarity on the
situation I began dissecting the
houses into four card notions.
